Your reservation will be considered to be binding upon receipt of written confirmation from the Jochele Hotel & Restaurant and once the deposit agreed during the reservation process has been paid.

According to the consumer protection code, in line with Part III, Title III, Section I of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005, there is no automatic right of withdrawal once a reservation has been made. However we grant the following terms of cancellation to our guests: Up to 31 days before arrival, there will be no cancellation charges – however the deposit will not be reimbursed, but instead credited to a future stay at the Jochele. Up to 14 days before arrival, we make a charge of 40% of the booked stay, less than 13 days before arrival, the charge is 70% of the agreed total price. In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we make a charge of 80% of the cost of the unused vacation days.

Unfortunately, an unforeseen event can always happen. For all cases here the possibility to take out a travel cancellation insurance as a precaution.

Your room is available from 3pm on your day of arrival.

On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room by 10 am.

Our prices are per person per day for half board and include our sumptuous quality breakfast from the buffet, the Jochele 4-course dinner with salad buffet on an evening, and use of the wellness area with outdoor pool.

For children from 0 to 2.99 years we make a charge of Euro 15.00 per child per day (including child’s bed and food). From 3 to 6.99 years we grant a discount of 50%, from 7 to 12.99 years the discount is 30% and over 13 years of age there is a 20% reduction on the adult price. The child discounts are only valid for children staying in their parents’ room and with two full-paying adults per room.

The obligatory local tax is charged per person per day, excluding children under the age of 14 years. This levy is NOT included in the total price for the stay and must be paid locally.

In the interests of sustainability, we ask that our guests bring their own bathing sandals with them. If needed, high-quality sandals can be purchased from reception.

Our hotel has accessible rooms and a lift. All public areas are accessible.

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved four-legged friends to the Jochele. You are welcome to take your dog with you for breakfast, lunch and dinner as long as your dog's snout can't reach the table (from the floor to the shoulders approx. 60cm). We regret that only one dog per table is permitted.

However, we do ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed to enter the wellness area. .

We ask € 20,00 per pet per night for the extra-cleaning at the end. We kindly ask you to bring the food, this is not included in the price.

The Jochele is a no-smoking hotel. However there are plenty of comfortable spots outside where you can go for a cigarette.

We accept cash payments up to a value of € 999.99. Other methods of payment: debit card, Visa and MasterCard or cheque.

Digital detox: the Jochele offers you a break from everyday life - and from being constantly available. For this reason the availability of wireless internet in the rooms is limited to certain periods. In any case, the hottest gossip can be heard at the regulars’ table! Free wireless internet access is available round the clock in the public areas.
